Manuel Tomás ValeroManaging Partner
Manuel is a Managing Partner in NEREO and also one of the founders in 2006. Manuel is renowned for his regulatory experience and has advised on regulatory issues in Europe, Middle East and Latin America.Prior to setting up NEREO, Manuel was the Head of the President’s Cabinet and went on to become the Market Director at CMT, the Spanish TRA. He has provided business consultancy services to all the principal telecom operators in Spain. He has broad experience in the telecom industry in various functions. He has a deep knowledge of the mobile industry where he participated in the launch of many MVNOs in Middle East. He has managed various challenges in regulatory activities, M&A, corporate development, marketing and sales. He has also had a distinguished teaching record at the Polytechnic University of Valencia
EDUCATION
Manuel has a Phd in Telecoms Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) and an Executive MBA awarded by IESE, Madrid.
